ACE TEAS 7 Refund Policy

Seven-day refund window
Students may request a refund within seven calendar days after an initial annual subscription payment or annual renewal charge.
Tutoring and consultations
Separately purchased appointments may be cancelled for a full refund at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable replacement, the student may choose a full refund.
Billing corrections
Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, charges after a confirmed renewal opt-out, or payments you did not authorize.
Escalate on WhatsApp
If a refund request is delayed, misunderstood, or unresolved, text our WhatsApp billing team and begin the message with ESCALATE REFUND for senior review.
